The Client

A window tinting business receiving steady enquiries through their website — but with no connection between those leads and their job management system. Every new enquiry required manual work before anyone could pick it up and quote it.

The Challenge

Every website enquiry had to be re-typed, by hand, into ServiceM8. On top of that, customers uploaded photos of their vehicle and windows — which someone had to open, read, and transcribe before a quote could be prepared.

It was slow, easy to get wrong, and when the team got busy, leads slipped through. The goal was to remove the manual step entirely and let the system handle the data entry.

Capture

The website form — attachments included — feeds straight into the automation the moment someone hits send.

Sync to ServiceM8

Every enquiry is pushed directly into ServiceM8 as a new lead, with no one needing to re-key a thing.

Analyse the attachment

A workflow reads each uploaded photo and automatically extracts the details needed to quote the job.

Enrich the record

The extracted information is written back into the ServiceM8 lead so the job arrives structured and ready to action.

The Outcome

Website enquiries — attachments included — now land directly in ServiceM8 as structured leads. No one re-keys anything. Each uploaded photo is automatically analysed, the relevant details extracted, and written back into the record.

The team picks up a ready-to-quote lead instead of a raw email. Nothing gets lost when they're busy, and the time saved compounds across every enquiry.
