My commitment

I aim to make this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. I target WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and test with keyboard navigation and screen readers during development.

What I have done

• Semantic HTML throughout — headings, landmarks, lists, and figures used correctly.
• All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
• ARIA labels on icon-only buttons (e.g. the email reveal button).
• All images have descriptive alt attributes.
• Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• The site is fully responsive from small mobile to wide desktop.

Known limitations

• The email blur-reveal interaction requires JavaScript. Without JS, the email address is not accessible on this page — please contact me directly via LinkedIn if you are browsing without scripts.
• Some decorative scroll animations may not degrade perfectly in all older assistive technology combinations.

I am actively working to address these and will update this page as improvements are made.
