AI, Built Into
Your Business
Practical AI that plugs into your existing systems, from intelligent assistants to automated decisions that compound value over time.
Get startedTalk to it yourself
This is a working agent, not a mockup: talk to it or type to it. Tell it about your business and what's costing you time, and see what it picked up below, the same way it would for a real after-hours caller.
Connecting…
Calls and messages are used to demonstrate this page. Nothing else is done with them, and what it picked up is shown to you below, not published anywhere.
What it got from your call
Start where it counts
AI is only useful when it solves a real problem. I skip the hype and find the handful of high-value use cases in your business - the ones that save real hours or unlock real revenue - and prove them fast.
Integrate, don't disrupt
Good AI is AI your team barely notices. I build assistants and models that live inside the tools you already use, so adoption is effortless and nobody has to change how they work to feel the benefit.
Turn data into insight
Every job you complete already contains a pattern: which quotes convert, which callers become customers, where time actually goes. I build the intelligence that surfaces those insights automatically, instead of leaving them buried in a system nobody has time to dig through.
Stay in control
An AI system should never be a black box you can't explain to a customer. I keep a human step wherever a decision matters, and make sure you can see why the system did what it did, not just that it did.
Compound the gains
An AI system should get sharper the longer it runs. I instrument everything, feed real usage back into the models, and keep refining, so the advantage you build today keeps widening over time.
What AI consulting actually covers
Artificial intelligence consulting isn't one thing. It looks different depending on what's slowing your business down. Here's where it tends to land for the businesses I work with.
Answering and logging calls
A voice assistant that picks up after hours or when your team is flat out, asks the same questions a receptionist would, and writes the details into your job system.
Reading documents and photos
Photos, forms and PDFs read on arrival, with the details pulled out and written where they belong, rather than opened and typed up by hand.
Drafting the first pass
Quote wording, follow-up emails, job summaries drafted from what's already in the system, so someone edits instead of starting from a blank page.
Surfacing patterns in your own data
Which enquiries turn into jobs and which don't, pulled from records you already keep rather than a new dashboard to maintain.
Search over your own history
Answering a question against your past jobs and documents, instead of someone having to remember or dig through years of records.
Deciding where it doesn't belong
Some calls and quotes need a person's judgement. Part of the job is saying which ones, not just building the parts that fit neatly.
From idea to
in production in weeks
Discover
I assess your data, tools, and goals to find where AI delivers the clearest return soonest.
Prototype
I build a working proof of concept on your real data so you can see the value before committing to scale.
Integrate
I deploy the solution into your existing stack with the right guardrails, security, and human oversight.
Optimise
I monitor performance and cost in production, and keep tuning the models as your needs grow.
What happens when the model gets it wrong
Every AI system makes mistakes eventually. A caller says something unexpected, a document is unusual, a model has an off day. What matters is what happens next.
Nothing gets guessed silently
Where the system isn't confident, it says so and hands off, rather than making something up and presenting it as fact.
A person stays in the loop
Anything that touches money, a legal detail, or a customer promise gets a human check before it goes out, not after.
The manual path still works
AI sits on top of how you already work. If a model is switched off, your team can still do the job the way they did before it existed.
You can see why it did what it did
I build in a record of what the system decided and why, so a wrong answer is something you can trace, not a mystery.

How to choose an AI consultant
AI consulting is easy to oversell. Whether you're weighing up an agency, a freelancer or me, these are worth asking before you commit to anyone.
-
Ask what happens when it's wrong
A demo shows the happy path. The real question is what the system does with an answer it isn't confident about.
-
Ask where your data goes
Which model provider, which storage, who can see it. If nobody can answer plainly, that's the answer.
-
Ask who owns the configuration
The prompts, the integration logic, the tuning should be yours to take elsewhere. If it only runs inside the consultant's own platform, you are renting your own system back from them.
-
Ask what they won't automate
Some calls and decisions need a person's judgement. Someone willing to say which ones is more useful than someone who says AI can do everything.
-
Ask for a real example, not a script
A rehearsed demo proves nothing. Ask how it handled an actual awkward case, not the one built to look good.
Common questions
What's the difference between AI consulting and workflow automation?
They overlap and often work together. Automation moves information between systems on fixed rules. AI adds judgement: reading something unstructured, deciding what it means, drafting a response. Most of what I build blends both, automation for the rules and AI for anything that needs interpreting first.
How much does an AI consultant cost?
There's no fixed rate for this in Australia, because scope varies so much, from a single voice assistant to something wired across your whole stack. Cost and timeline are agreed in writing before anything is built, same as any other engagement.
Is our data safe?
It stays in your accounts and your systems. I don't build on a platform where your customer data has to leave to somewhere only I can see it, and I'll tell you plainly where anything does go if a particular tool requires it.
Do we need our own data or a data team first?
No. Most of what's useful here runs on the records you already keep in your job system, inbox and calls. A dedicated data team matters at a different scale to most of the businesses I work with.
How long does it take?
A single assistant or integration is usually weeks, not months. The discovery step comes first, and that's where a real timeline comes from rather than a guess.
What do you need from us to get started?
Access to the tools involved, and time with whoever actually does the work today. They know the exceptions and edge cases that never make it into a brief.
